Finding Relief

This addresses initial barriers to health and wellness and provides some palliative care. We will identify issues like poor digestion, inflammation, ongoing stress, and essential nutrition needs, providing recommendations such as lifestyle changes, supplementation remedies and modalities.

Discover Root Cause

This involves a deeper investigation to uncover issues contributing to your symptoms. We may address key root cause issues such as —Gut Infections, Leaky Gut, Liver Congestion, and Mitochondrial Dysfunction—either together or one at a time, as significant change often requires resolving these issues.

Fine Tuning

This is a pivotal point in your journey. If you are feeling much better, we may only need to make minor adjustments in categories like hormonal balancing, focused nutrition, and immune health. If challenges persist, we may pursue additional testing.

This is the ultimate goal. In this phase, fewer interventions are needed as you will have learned to incorporate good self-care into your life. A key component is education on connecting with your body, knowing how to identify, and quickly respond to any issues before they become larger problems.
